I have two Apple accounts and want them both on one iPhone

I have an iPhone 13 with two eSim accounts on. One is a US Apple account and the other is a UK Apple account. I always used two phones but now i want both on the one phone. I have added the two eSims and that side is working, my issue is with Apps.

As the two phones were on different accounts the apps are registered to different countries. This is a real pain as Apple makes some apps regional so they only could be downloaded on one account or the other, but not both. How do I transfer the apps and accounts onto one phone?
