How do I sync my Music app content with my iPod classic - no screen comes up when I click on it in Finder. No problem accessing the HD drive's other content. iPod shows 'Connected' and will disconnect OK.
In Finder try Finder > Preferences > Sidebar > Show CDs, DVDs and iOS Devices. You may have two entries in the sidebar for the classic, one of which includes sync options.

Thanks turingtest2 for a quick reply. I've tried what you suggest, 'Show CDs, DVDs and iOS Devices' was checked, I unchecked and then re-checked it disconnected the iPod and re-connected it but no joy. All is as was.
