My Apple Watch will not move away from Saturday.

My Apple Watch face does not change. My watch is 24 hours behind time and I cannot change anything. Any idea what’s going on?

The first step in troubleshooting any problem like this is a forced reset (reboot). Press and hold both the Digital Crown and the Side Button (together, at the same time) until the Apple logo appears on screen. Then release the buttons and let your watch restart.

See if that resolves the problem (I'm hopeful) but if the problem continues please feel free to post back with more details.
