unlock passcode on deceased family member iPhone11

unlock screen passcode iPhone 11 deceased family member I've submitted proof of purchase that I final am the legal purchaser (contract provide) final payment for device made device is unlocked (by carrier service), monthly payments to my account, sn. number and all other related phone identities etc... can't unlock passcode waiting to hear from apple team it has b reset to factory mode, only need apple to unlock the passcode screen lock its 1been 0 days since request was submitted already. i cannot ask my cousin anything regarding this phone he is deceased (suicide). having request the same over and over is causes reliving the painful death.

Apple doesn't say how long it takes.


Refer to this document for ways to contact Apple --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
