iPhone 13, 16.4.1, screen flickering between apps

Screen flickering when switching or closing app or go to home screen. Noticed this when watching reels then go to viber app with white background, and it is going flickering for 2-3 seconds then stops, later noticed when watching images or photos in gallery (full screen or not), closing app and go to home screen and screen flickered couple times and stopped, this happens regular. Did reboot, hard reset, the phone never fell to the ground, or any damage. On previous iOS version did not notice this, heard this common issue with oled screens, are there any solutions?
