Transfer itunes music playlists to Apple Music
is there a way to transfer playlists from iTunes to apple music?

See Use Sync Library to access your music library across your devices - Apple Support. When you turn on Sync Library or iCloud Music Library your songs and playlists in that library should merge into your Apple Music library.
