If your iTunes account is disabled, you will need to follow these steps to fix it:

  1. Open your web browser and go to the Apple ID page at appleid.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. Follow the instructions to verify your identity.
  4. Once you have verified your identity, you should see a message that says "Your Apple ID has been locked for security reasons." Click on the link to unlock your Apple ID.
  5. Follow the instructions to reset your password or answer your security questions.
  6. Once you have reset your password or answered your security questions, your iTunes account should be enabled again.

If you are still having trouble after following these steps, you may need to contact Apple Support for further assistance.
