app banned my device

there was confusion between snapchat and one of my posts they mistook it as in appropriate content that breaks community guidelines but it wasn’t that and i explained that to them in an email i got my snapchat account back but my iphone 11 is banned i have been lead to believe it’s my iMEI number that’s been affected and would like to know if there’s anything you can do to help me
