MAC OS does not remember the sizing of the windows in normal and staging environment

Hi,

MAC OS is so advanced and smooth and loving it very much. one of the issues I encounter daily is that, I have to keep resizing the windows to fill the space without going full screen.

Is there a way to have this set for all applications instead of having to resizing it every time after closing the windows on Macbook Pro and Air??

In the doc system settings, you can change it to double tap the Titlebar to zoom.

Zoom toggle between the smallest window that will hold all of the Contant and a user defined size.

The app decides how big the window should be to meet those constraints, so it may differ between app.

In safari, for example, if you zoom, it will generally expand top to bottom, but only wide enough to hold the webpage you are looking at.

If the zoom size isn’t appropriate for what you need, you could then expand it out and do what you want and toggle between that and the zoom size.

since it is app dependent, some apps will just expand it to fill the screen.

One drawback is that most apps still tile windows when you generate a new window, so that window would be shifted down into the right and I think that will become the new user size.
