Back camera and flashlight isn’t working
I just recently updated my iPhone 11 and my back camera and flashlight just stop working. What can I do?

Hi. One of two things happened. Either the software had an issue, or the module got disconnected. If the following remedies don't work, I would highly suggest going to an Apple Store or Apple authorized service store.
1) Restart the phone.
2) Try opening the camera through various methods:
a) Open the camera app
b) Open the camera through the control center
c) Open the camera by swiping left or holding the button on the Lock Screen
For the flashlight:
a) Control Center
b) Lock Screen
c) Notification Center
If this doesn't work, you should back up your data. You may have to restore your iPhone.
If all fails, it's best to contact Apple Support or go to an Apple Store.
