I deleted my iPhone from under my iPhone 13 i can’t find it but I switched everything over to my new number my accounts and everything can they get pass the code on the old iphone

Is it possible to Change the code of my stolen iPhone via one of my other devices, if they are connected through my iCloud? My phone got stolen yesterday and i am scared that they found out my code because it is (stupidly) quite easy to guess, is there any possibility that i can change the code of my iPhone or make my iPhone unable to use with my iPad? someone i know and was very close with stole my iphone. and they know the icloud credentials and passcode. they removed my icloud from the device. can i recover or find the phone using any other method? my ex room mate stole my iphone and he knew my icloud credentials and passcode. He deleted the icloud account from the device. Can i find it using IMEI or IMEI2 or serial number?
