I'm will be traveling to Europe. Do I need to use a converter to charge my APPLE devices or can I just use an adapter?

You just need a plug adapter. Apple's power bricks are universal, and support any voltage between 110 and 240 volts, which covers pretty much the entire world. If using 3rd party power bricks consult their documentation for voltage support.
If connecting to a USB or USB-C port directly, no adapter is needed.
