I tried everything whenever im on an app and got to use another one for example facebook and go to use calendars and return again to facebook where i left off the app refreshes it happens with most apps im on an iphone 14 my previous other brand phone with 12 gb of ram was not doing that i swear anybody got any tips its anoying sometimes

I’ve never heard of such a problem, but I can give you some advice. You might try using the Switcher App to quickly switch between open apps on your iPhone. The App Switcher is a feature on iPhone that lets you see all your apps open and quickly switch between apps. To access the Switcher App on an iPhone with Face ID, you need to swipe up from the bottom of the screen and then pause in the middle of the screen. On an iPhone with a Home button, however, you have to double-click the Home button.
