Hello,
Normally, power adapters for Apple products have an input voltage range AC 100-240 V, 50-60 Hz. However, it is good practice to always check the label on each power adapter (you may need a magnifying glass for this) before connecting anything. Always make sure that the local voltage and frequency are in accordance with the label.
You will need an AC power cable or adapter piece that fits the local wall outlet/socket.

Duck-head with adapter can get bulky with the larger one used in the UK, for example.
Another approach is to visit the local Apple store and buy a power adapter "extension cord" that fits in place of the original Duck head. This is a US version, but local versions are readily available:
Sure, but you'll need a proper means to connect to the available outlet. That might require a passive adapter. For the modular Apple power adapters, it might be possible to obtain a "duckhead" for a different plug type, and Apple sells a worldwide travel adapter kit for that.
Type F doesn't seem too bad though.

Also - for the OP the iPhone 8 Plus would have only had a 5W cube if sold in the US and the 12 Pro didn't come with one at all. The cube is not ideal with such low output. I would suggest using something more powerful.
