Error: Assertion failed in mdmclient

Started getting this popup error after upgrading to Ventura 13.3.1 from Ventura 13.2.1

I've looked in system.log (and the rotated versions, system.log.0 through system.log.7) and I don't see much.

The most "problematic" logs I see are just notices, not errors. They don't look to be related.

Not sure where else to look or what to try. Any suggestions?

Contact the people in your institution/organization responsible for Mobile Device Management (mdm).

They are the ones who put those mdm restrictions on your device, and they are the only ones who can fix them.
