Full Screen Music Player Changes Color of Date and Time

When enabling the full screen apple music player on the lockscreen by tapping on the album art, I notice that it changes my date and time color back to white.


I just got a new iphone 14 pro max and this was never the case when I was using my 13. When I clicked on the album art, the date and time stood the same color that I set it as.


Currently, when I disable the full screen music player by tapping again, my lockscreen changes to the original color that I set it. Does anyone know if this is a bug or how to fix this?

Have you tried restarting your iPhone to see if the issue persists? This can sometimes clear up minor software issues. Also, you'll want to make sure your device is up-to-date when possible. Here are some instructions on updating:


"Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly

  1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
  2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
  3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
  4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install."
