Ik heb de film Avatar the way of water gekocht. Als ik de film afspeel vanuit de store kan ik kijken. Als ik de film afspeel vanuit de bibliotheek krijg ik de foutmelding
"Er heeft zich een probleem voorgedaan bij het laden van dit materiaal"
Iemand een idee hoe ik dit kan oplossen?
Ik heb al herstart, heb de nieuwste firmware.

The Store and the Library should act the same for a selected title. Unless someone else chimes in with a new idea, I would suggest to contact an expert from the Apple Support staff for further assistance. I own two the same Apple TV's
One in the livingroom and one in my bedroom. The one in the livingroom has the error. The one in the bedroom don't give this error when I start the movie from the library. Firmware on the two are the same.
