I opened the Savings Account on my iPhone Wallet. Future Daily Cash will be automatically transferred to the Savings Account. However how do I, or can I, transfer the present Daily Cash in my account directly into the Savings Account?

After much frustration and a few heated posts I did get an answer from Apple Support that did indeed work. Here it is:
Please ensure you have verified your identity in the Apple Cash Card. You can do this in the Wallet App by tapping Apple Cash, then tap the 3dot menu. Tap Card Details, then tap Verify Identity near the bottom of the page. Then - You can initiate an Apple Cash transfer in the Wallet by tapping Apple Card. Tap on Savings, then tap Withdraw or Add Money. Enter the amount you wish to transfer, then tap Next. You will see Apple Cash as a transfer option.
The above is word for word from Apple Support. However, the last few steps were a little different for me when going into Apple Card after verifying my identity. After tapping on Savings I had a box asking me if I wanted to transfer my Apple Cash balance. I clicked on that and followed the prompts.

A couple of things that helped me. Make sure you tap on the Apple Cash card in your wallet to verify your identity. You can’t verify your identity from the Apple credit card. After you verify your identity, go back to your Apple Wallet, click on your Apple credit card and then savings account. At that point you should see a prompt to transfer your Daily Cash to savings.
Go to: Wallet>AppleCard>
SavingsAccount>AddMoney
(then you will see the amount available to transfer from your AppleCash account/simply enter how much to transfer to your AppleSavings/the amount you enter is FINAL, meaning you will NOT be able to RE-transfer money from AppleSavings back to AppleCash)
Daily Cash is instead deposited in your savings account if elected.
What isn’t working in my above steps? I just helped my wife set her account up and did exactly as I typed above and added funds to the account.

I did verify and Apple sent me an email indicating how much Apple Cash was available and suggested I move it to savings. That is what led to the Goldman fiasco.
