Have FCP 10.6.5--I consolidated part of a project. It filled up the external 5T drive; I started deleting stuff, but I can no longer open the Library. It immediately crashes FCP. I'm on deadline need to retrieve my project.

Hold Opt-Cmd as you launch the application to reset the preferences. Find the latest backup for your library and open it. What happens? When you were moving things around and deleting what exactly were you do? Whenever you do anything with the library or media you should try to do from inside the application.
