Apple High Yield Savings
I don’t have an option on my Apple Card, Daily Cash to setup the new high yield savings account. How do I download it?

It’s not a download, you have to apply via your Apple Card in your Wallet app on your iPhone.
Open Wallet app > Tap Apple Card > Tap More Button (three dots) in upper right > tap Daily Cash $ > Tap Setup Savings > follow instructions and agree to terms and conditions.
