I have an IMAC 27" (mid 2011) with OS High Sierra 10.13.6 (4 GB memory)and cannot figure out if it is possible to upgrade software. When I click on Software updates-says none available. In App store-none of the later versions (Mojave, Big Sur, etc ) allow me to download. Any ideas?

iMac 27″, macOS 10.13

You can't upgrade the OS any further, but you can upgrade the RAM easily to 32 GB...

Mostly you just need a more modern Browser than Safari on Mojave, or High Sierra like Firefox or Brave.
