Send pictures in order

Why can’t you send pictures in order through photos?

I see you can send in order through the messages app, so why can’t you do the same through the photos app?

Plus when you send pictures to your notes from photos it goes in order so I don’t understand why not for messages. It’s annoying to send pictures into a note and then send a copy to the person you’re messaging.
