when apple card will be ready for other country?

Apple Card MasterCard is serviced and issued by Goldman Sachs Bank. It was introduced in August 2019. Goldman Sachs has not announced plans to expand overseas.
My personal opinion is it will be a longtime, if ever, Goldman Sachs will make the card available overseas.
