Apple ID not displaying my initials

It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images/pictures speak louder than words. 

Please understand this is a public forum: While attaching a Screenshot, do not provide any personal credentials, such as IP address, Card detail, email id, apple id, IMEI number, Serial Number, Phone number, Order ID, if you are sharing a map ensure your location is not identifiable, etc.

I know what you mean. The same has happened for me. My device is from work and the initials of a colleague is showing on the right hand side with my initials on the left hand side. The other guy has the same first name as me. The initials were wrong on both sides previously so I just signed out and signed back in again.

My initials appeared correct when I signed in but only for about 1 minute.

Open Settings -> it is the apple ID info below the search bar and above Aeroplane Mode on the left hand side.

My phone is doing the same thing.

settings

-apple id

—click the green C icon

—-It calls me Matt

I sign out, it changes back to Christine a couple mins later it changes itself back to Matt

did you ever figure out what went wrong. I’m having the same problem.

facing the same problem suddenly since past few days, this is fir the fist time in 2 years.. Please help
