When opening settings there is a grey city with initials under initials it says edit well my initials are no longer there just the letter M dose anyone know what this means. ?

Add your husband's name to the phone contacts list.
Under SETTINGS>SAFARI>AUTOFILL, USE CONTACT INFO on, select MY INFO, and select the name you want from the contact list.
It is not intuitive to add yourself to the contacts list.
