I bought a new MacBook mini. On the delivery day, someone from the building came quickly and stole my computer before I pick the package. I contacted the company and I have the serial number. Is there is anything apple can do to help track/find the new computer?
no, companies can't legally track the products they sell the customers even at customers request.
which is why the find my X features apple have are not them tracking stuff, it's you but if you never enabled it that would be too late
This is a job for local law enforcement officers and all efforts to recover your Mac should go through them.
