Lens warranty
There is no damage no my camera lens but still i have got a mark in my photo. So will that be in covered in warranty?

if they view it as a production defect and not something caused by user handling it should

if they view it as a software bug then they will likely not replace the device but fix it in a later release

Depends on what it is. "Dead pixels" happen and there might be a standard for how many is enough for a warranty fix. I don't know what that would be though.
