Use the "Uninstall Malwarebytes" selection from the Malwarebytes "Help" menu.

Please refer to Uninstall Malwarebytes for Mac, which explains "To uninstall Malwarebytes for Mac, simply uninstall the program through Mac's Help menu."
I don’t have an account, just the free version which doesn’t give me any options to uninstall. I can start a scan manually but don’t bother. I want to remove the icon from my top of the page task bar.
