i wonder if i make a mistake or the command in terminal do not output ipsec connections.
networksetup -listallnetworkservices
shows every connections except the ikev2 ipsec one.

If you are suing a VPN connection provided by your Institution or Company, you should ask them for their guidance.
If you are using a VPN you are installing yourself, you may be making a serious error in judgement. Your queries to web servers are already protected over your local airwaves by Wi-Fi encryption, or are on private Ethernet cables. Your Router uses Network Address Transaltion and a state-wise Firewall to keep your computer from unsolicited access from the internet at large. Queries to web sites are encrypted with httpS: encryption certificates.
An added VPN has nothing additional to offer.
