Didn't see the Savings option so looked in to updating, even though it's on auto. I guess I needed to update to 16.4.1. When I did, it seemed to be a small and short update (3 or so minutes) which I thought was weird. It then said my software was up to date. No long download and no reset though. My phone was still showing an update as available? so I tried again. This time my phone properly updated in about 10 minutes and then the SAVINGS option appeared and I was able to immediately add funds.
Sorry to learn you’re experiencing difficulties. Let’s start with the basics and continue to the application for Apple Savings Account.
What you need to open and maintain an account
iPhone must be updated to latest version of iOS, 16.4.1

I didn't either. Then I upgraded to the latest iOS - 16.4.1.
Then it popped up
It’s available to me now that I upgraded to latest iOS.
You’re in the wrong place. Did you look at the photos I posted? You need to be in the Wallet app. What app on your iPhone are you in?
I have done all of the above. It turns out after further research, Goldman Sachs has not rolled it out to everyone yet.
Do you have you Apple Card Mastercard in your Wallet app? Is Apple Cash virtual card in Wallet app?
Worked fine after an update
Please contact Goldman Sachs support team because I was informed by a support team member at Goldman Sachs that it’s been rolled out to eligible Apple Card Account holders.

Great! Do you know how to check what version of iOS you’re on?
Settings app > General > About > iOS Version what does your iPhone say?
It says you’re not on WiFi, is that correct?
When I click get started with savings it keeps taking me to choose the type of card to add to apple pay I have logged out of cloud and restarted under general for software it shows 16.4.1 What else can I try? Thank you
My daily cash button is green nothing is happening when I make it ungreen or green to then get to the set up savings and I am going through the wallet app when I go there. When I go to the credit card I only get view apple card benefits that then will say get started with savings but takes me right back to choose the tyoe of card to add to apple pay
I guess I do not understand how to get there because I am not hitting settings I am hitting wallet
The signal is probably too weak. Is this your networK? Can you get your iPhone closer to the router? Do you have Data turned on in your Cellular settings? This is a small update and won’t use too much data.
Settings app > Cellular > Cellular Data > switch on (Green)
