Great, please follow this path,

iPhone > Wallet app (do not go to Settings app) > tap Apple Card > tap More button (three dots in upper right corner > Daily Cash $$ > Setup Savings account. Please review images below.

Apple Card in Wallet with arrow point to More button (if yours doesn’t look like that, you’re in Settings app, which is wrong).

More Button drop down showing Daily Cash $$

Tap Setup Savings

Didn't see the Savings option so looked in to updating, even though it's on auto. I guess I needed to update to 16.4.1. When I did, it seemed to be a small and short update (3 or so minutes) which I thought was weird. It then said my software was up to date. No long download and no reset though. My phone was still showing an update as available? so I tried again. This time my phone properly updated in about 10 minutes and then the SAVINGS option appeared and I was able to immediately add funds.
