ITunes match

I just subscribed to iTunes match. My computer has been spinning for over an hour now saying that it is uploading Cloud Music Library. The iCloud library showed up immediately on all my other devices, iphone, ipad, ipod, but, weirdly, it is not all there on my MacPro. It was all there before I subscribed to iTunes match. Now, music I bought in the last year is not on my computer, but is on all my other devices. Also, I created a new playlist on the computer, but it is not showing up on any other device. And lastly, most of my playlists have been created on my ipod, so I am afraid to change the settings on it, because it will delete them all to sync to the comuputer.
