iTunes from windows 11 PC to multiple speakers including Roku TV

Hello i want to play my itunes music library on my computer, my living room apple tv and my TCL Roku TV that has airplay. The option is there in iTunes but i get the below errors. I can play from my iPhone 13 pro max to both devices but not from my itunes. Please help.

Failed to transfer music from iTunes to iPhone I don’t know why have I always been experiencing the problem of failing to transfer music from iTunes to my iPhone. Its a windows laptop where I’ve downloaded the music in iTunes & I cannot transfer it to my iPhone even after connecting the iPhone to the laptop via wire. I would click on a song, then click ‘Add to device’ & literally just nothing happens. Also, I’m unable to sign in to my Apple ID in iTunes. After typing my Apple ID & its passcode, a message appears saying ‘There was an error connecting to the Apple ID server.’ I’m using iPhone 13 Pro & Alienware Windows 10 laptop. Both iTunes on my laptop & iOS on my iPhone are updated to their latest versions. Apprently there is no option of adding a video file to my post here at Apple Community but I do have a video wherein I am trying to add a song from my iTunes on laptop to my iPhone Music app nothing seems to get transferred.
