Straight Talk Wireless

I have recently switched over to straight talk and I am just dumbfounded in shock with my experience with their service, their representatives, all of the above for example, I signed up and purchase this I am Apple iPhone brand new with the Service plan through straight talk, and for 1 MONTH every single call I have made or received drops within five minutes yet every agent I’ve talk to through chat and through phone has told me I have great coverage here. I was just wondering if there was an issue with the Apple iPhones and straight talk with their conversion and Verizon purchasing straight talk and whatever buying it out I was wondering if anybody else that had an Apple phone with straight talk was having the same issue and what do I do? I have done every single troubleshooting step they have given me I have reset my phone factory I have it fully updated, etc. etc. etc. and still I can’t keep a call. I only renewed my service for one more month because this phone is unlocked until it’s 60 days into the straight talk plan no resolution and every time I’ve talk to the customer service agents which I’ve been 10 times over the phone in twice in one month they do not provide a resolution the lead me on and end up hanging up on me.

HELP me PLEASE 🙏
