Don’t work Apple Pay in 7-Eleven

It is against the terms and conditions of Apple Card MasterCard to purchase lottery tickets (gambling) using that account. Violating the Terms and Conditions may result in closure of the account.

Do those same cards work if inserted? Is this a state where credit cannot purchase lottery, must be debit or cash?

Or it could be the lottery vendor's POS is missing the visa debit contactless configuration?...

I understand now, so some 7-11 need to tell the manager to update their POS. My closest store had this issue and after an upgrade it works.
