best 3rd party app software to record screen and audio of logic pro x production

I would like to reach out to anyone that has had problems with QuickTime as the app simply does not work nor does it record any sound. I spent an hour and a half on phone with AppleCare and they were very helpful going through troubleshooting process and then suggested I reinstall Ventura, 4.5 hours later the problem still exists.

I am now giving up on QuickTime and would like some advice on 3rd party apps to record a Logic Pro x screen and audio. Am looking at purchasing Movavi currently using a trial version but sound still does not work hopefully someone can put me in the right direction.
