Apple savings account online access

Where is the online access to our Apple Savings account info? I am guessing there isn't any at this time but there surely needs to be. Not everything can be done on an iPhone.

Yes, but it's not super obvious how to do that for everyone. I was told to look for the "More" button but never saw anything labeled as such. I had to call in to Customer Service and even they didn't directly tell me (maybe because I started asking about a custom letter detailing my last month of activity). The answer was to click on the following items in iPhone:

1) Apple Card
2) Savings Account
3) the circle containing three dots or elipses in the upper right (if that's the "More" button, how was I supposed to know that?),
4) Documents
5) Statements
6) The month you want the PDF or CVS about
7) View PDF Statement or Export Transactions
8) the Send button (Arrow up symbol in the bottom right) to email or text or PM yourself the PDF

If looking for CVS, replace the last step with "Comma Separated Values"

9) Print the statement directly from your iPhone to your wireless printer, no need for step 8)

Agree. I'd like a way to integrate with services like Plaid so I can have connected accounts. They should adopt this, or at least let us login to Marcus by Goldman Sachs where the money is held. Very silly that they do not. I suspect that security is not the biggest hurdle. Apple has the best security in the business.

I think it is more likely they are limiting investments into the product development until they know how successful it is. On top of that, there are rumors of Goldman trying to get out of the business with Apple. All that combined, it might not be worth their money investing in a solid desktop version of their banking products. Which, to be clear, I think is very silly considering a desktop login for such things is a fundemental part of how most people do banking.

Feedback was already left for the Apple Team, but a website is needed for all the reasons everyone else has listed, but also adding beneficiaries to your savings account. I have to CALL Goldman Sachs? Is this 1999? B/c I think that’s the last time you had to call a bank to add a beneficiary. I’d much rather type in all that sensitive information on a secure browser than waste time with phone prompts and talking to customer support. It’s not a lot to ask. Give customers another alternative to look at their account balance, transactions, statements, etc. via a secure website. Oh, and bring Wallet and Calculator to iPadOS 17 while we’re at it 😉.

Very unlikely, in my personal opinion, because of privacy and security concerns. In today’s era, privately and security have a priority over convenience. But that’s just me. I get it if you feel differently and your can leave your feedback with Apple and Goldman Sachs via the links below.
