I have a problem with video recording on my iPhone every time I record a video whenever anyone start talking the sound goes off

We’re going to ask you to attempt to record a video using both the back facing and front facing cameras. When recording, speak at the top of your iPhone. This should capture from both the rear and front/receiver microphone. This is a different microphone than is used to record voice memos. 

Additionally, you mentioned that sound cuts off when people start talking. Do you hear ambient noise when recoding a video, until someone begins speaking?

When you say you're recording video, do you mean you're using the camera app to record or are you screen recording?

When you say the sound cuts out when someone talks, are you referring to this happening when on a phone call, or FaceTime call, or a call in another app? Or is this happening when recording with the camera app and you or someone near you talks?

There is no need to upload the videos. There are two microphones on your iPhone and recording videos with both the front and rear cameras, as well as recording a Voice Memo and isolate the issue to a certain microphone. How’d it go? In the same boat. Recorded hours worth of drum videos and they’re Al ruined by this.. so disappointing
