Apple Savings Accounts insured by FDIC

I'm trying to open an Apple Savings account today but I wasn't clear on whether or not the new Apple Savings accounts are insured by the FDIC and for how much.

Does anyone know if the new Apple Savings Accounts are FDIC insured?

Hi there. Yes! Apple savings Account balances are insured by FDIC.

From the Deposit Account Agreement:

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) insures deposits up to the standard maximum deposit insurance amount per depositor, per FDIC-insured bank, and per ownership category.
