Speak screen keeps reapearing

I've had the speak screen enabled for some time and realized that I didn't actually use it. so I disabled by going to: Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Speech Controller > Show Controller > Off

Only to find that the next morning it was back. After repeating the disabling process daily for a couple of weeks, I am now looking for a more permanent solution.

the setting "show controller" still shows "Off" but the little icon wit the arrow heeps reapearing.

Spoken Content not using voice i selected, even after restarting device? As a person with learning disabilities in college, I have recently begun experimenting with using Spoken Content to help me pay attention when I read online textbooks and avoid skipping lines, etc. When I select the voice and dialect I'd prefer in Accessibility Settings, the voice I selected is never used on any app or webpage, despite restarting my device multiple times and re-checking my settings. It always uses the default, Samantha (which I have trouble paying attention to because of how unnatural her cadence and intonation are, from my personal experience). Is there anything i can do about this? I have the 'Speak Selection' and 'Speak Screen' toggles on.

Rogue Speech Controller I have gone to ‘settings —> accessibility —> spoken content —> speech controller —> show controller OFF’ to turn off the speech controller button that hovers on my screen. Without fail, EVERY MORNING the button reappears and I have to repeat the process all over again. How can I get it to permanently stay off? The switch even shows that it is “off” yet it is clearly on and functioning.

Missing Dictation microphone on iPhone keyboard I no longer have the little microphone on my keyboard for dictating text. I've already tried the Settings > General Settings > Keyboard > Enable Dictation toggle and it is simply GONE. I cannot scroll down any further than what is shown in the screenshot below. I've already restarted my device - no change. IOS: version 18.3 I checked SIRI Restrictions, they are disabled. When I search "Dictation" in the settings app, the app thinks that it's an option under keyboard settings and brings me to that page but the toggle is simply not there. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
