I have a page of Names on a page

I have a page of Names on a page, written in Thai on the left, English on the right with English being tabbed over, not 2 column’s. I want to separate the names by column put the names in two columns. What would be the quickest & easiest way.

The fact that the names are separated by tabs means you can select the entire body of Thai and English names and copy to the clipboard. Then you insert a Pages table, click once on the first table cell where you want the names to be inserted. Then paste.

Pages will automatically detect the tab and put the Thai names in the first column and the English names in the second column for as many rows are needed.
