Failed Visa card

Every time I try to verify my Visa card in setting it is saying failed every time, does anyone know why this could be happening

card failed My visa card - that has funds available and still worked a few hours ago, shows Card Failed. I tried to add a new card but it did not work. There is no space where I can update my card number
