Callers cannot hear my voice but I can hear them

When making or receiving calls, the person on the other end of the line can't hear me, but I can hear them.

This happens both when using the phone's internal microphone, as well as Bluetooth headphones & hands free driving experiences. Help?

Can you hear yourself if you make a recording using the Voice Memos app?

Try these steps from this Support article: If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working - Apple Support

If people can't hear you on phone or FaceTime calls
1. Open the Voice Memos app.
2. Tap the Record button , speak at the bottom of your phone, then stop the recording.
3. When you play back the memo, you should hear your voice clearly.
