I have been facing an issue since updating iOS 16.4 and till now after updating the latest iOS 16.4.1 still facing the issue.
The Problem is a blur box keeps appearing on screen after lock an app using the automation.
I had tried restarting and reinstalling the shortcut app of apple but the issue is still on. Its irritating, i just need the solution. Thanks in Advance.

Okay , It’s a notification banner but empty . Same setting on shortcut have not seen like this . ** Shortcut / Personal Automation/ app/ action- set timer for 1 sec **
Every time when i open an locked app it’s ( the banner) appear on screen.
Set timer for 1 sec. Don’t know what it is. Tried deleting the automation also uninstalled the shortcut app too , but didn’t work.
It looks like a Notification Banner. Strange it's empty. But try opening the Shortcut app and tap Automation at the bottom. If you have any Automations set up, try deleting them, it might be one of them that triggers a reaction when you close an app. Or further explain which Automation you have chosen to use when you close an app,
Hmm.. In what context does that banner appear?
Instead of deleting the Shortcut app, simply delete the Automations you have on the list in the Shortcut app. You also write that the banner appears every time you open a "Locked app" - can you elaborate on what a locked app is?
