Logging out of Apple Music with my old apple icloud

How do I log out of Apple Music? I’ve never done it before and I just got a new iPhone and I want to log my other Apple Music into my new phone

Removing android from apple music I'm trying to remove an Android from being able to use my apple music account, i don't have access to the Android users phone so i can't sign out from the phone and when i go into my apple music on my PC it says i have to wait 30 days to remove them but i can't remove them cause they currently are still using my account. i tried using the web version of apple music as well and i still don't see a way to do it. Is there any solution too this?

Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media and Purchases to sign out and sign in with another Apple ID.
