Can’t login to my Apple app on Smart TV

Tried to log in to my Apple TV app on My Sony Bravia Smart TV. Continue to get the following error message

error code 64407CD5

login works and can access Apple TV on my iPad

It may have to do with the TV’s privacy settings. Try this:
