Referrals for Apple Card

Hi,

I have an old iPhone version, and my IOS is outdated. I wanted to know if there is a way to make a referral for my friend through the Mac.

No, not at this time. the invite is only available through a link in your virtual Apple Card in your Wallet app on your iPhone.
