Getting an eMail containing you password is not an option that Apple provides. To get your passwords (and passcodes), view the Keychain. Go here: Make your Passkeys and Passwords Available on all your Devices with iPhone and iCloud Keychain - Apple Support

Your saved Passwords, as stored in your Apple Keychain, cannot be exported to a document or to an email.

Consider that sending any Passwords via email (in particular a complete digest of all your account passwords) is fundamentally unsafe. Email is not a secure medium to send any sensitive information…

Basic email is unencrypted.

To draw an analogy, an email is rather like a postcard. Anyone through whom the postcard passes, as it passes through the postal system, can both seen and read the information written on the postcard. As such, you should not write anything sensitive or personal on the postcard, as the information is not passing through a secure medium. Basic email is no different; the data is not end-to-end encrypted - and is visible to every mail server (think postal worker - and every post office) through which it passes.
