How to fix premium renewal issue on Crunchyroll account?

So I had gotten premium on an Crunchyroll account but I canceled the renewal and I ended up making a new crunchy account, and when I try to buy premium on my second account it keeps giving the premium to the first one. It seems the renewal on it is stuck to first account which is weird because I logged out it in the app and signed into the second crunchyroll account. So when I pay for it it should be buying it on the second account
