You can update your iPhone using your computer or your Wi-Fi network:

Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


Did you get the message, that your account has been disabled in the AppStore and iTunes?

In that case, you'll have to contact the official Apple Support about that, only they can help in this situation:

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," contact Apple Support for help.
