Separation of business and personal use in apple reminders, when using smart lists

1, How do I (on mac) stop a "business" smartlist in reminders from appearing in my "personal" T0 Do list in apple reminders?

2, How would I delete the reminder from one list (the personal to do list) without deleting them from the business smartlist.
